MT LEHMAN UNITED CHURCH

GALLERY
It brings us all such joy to look back over the years - and to recall the memories we have shared and enjoyed as part of the history of Mt Lehman United Church.

Flowers and Decorations
The beauty of our surroundings and our love for our church, and our Lord, is evident the moment you step inside: our members put loving effort into decorating our sanctuary with fresh flowers and arrangements which reflect our celebrations.
Banner Project
In 2010, a group of our parishioners completed our "banner project" and produced 6 banners, 8 Antipendia and 5 communion table scarves which not only add to the aesthetic beauty of our church, but they help to make every service a real celebration.
130th Anniversary Celebrations
We planned some wonderful events throughout 2024 in celebration of our 130th anniversary. We held a worship service in March, and we set up a history display on the walls of the Sanctuary. After the Canada Day Parade, we held an Open House.

Friends & Family
Join us for coffee/tea time following our Sunday service. This is a good time to connect with friends over a cookie and a coffee.
We often have special treats for the traditional holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Souper Sunday is held in February to celebrate everyone's birthday with a bowl of home-made soup.
Easter Bonnets

Community
Every year we participate in the Mt Lehman Fall Fair, as well as the July 1st Canada Day Parade. We also provide a "snack break" for participants in the "Walk for Reconciliation" event which is held in Spring. As members of the Mid Fraser cluster churches, our members participate in various activities such as Camp Spirit and the Fraser Valley Pride Festival.
